Frontend engineer

I write about solving engineering problems.

Performance, architecture, scalability, and everything I learn while building software.

About

Ciao! I'm glad you're here.

I'm Sergey, and I'm an engineer.

What kind of engineer? God knows. Hopefully a good one.

I've been working in frontend and everything around it for many years. The problems that excite me the most are performance, scalability, and software architecture.

At some point, I realized I'd collected enough interesting problems, solutions, and observations that were worth writing down. That's how this blog came to life.

You won’t find articles like “5 Ways to Reduce React Re-renders” or another rewrite of the documentation.

Instead, you’ll find real problems from real projects, backed by real numbers. If there’s a solution, there’s a good chance you’ll also find benchmarks, code samples, and an explanation of why it turned out to be the right one.
